SweatBody.ng collects the information you give us directly — like your name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and order details — so we can process orders, contact you about deliveries, and provide customer support.

We use trusted third-party services to run this site: Paystack processes payments (we never see or store your card details), and Supabase securely stores your account and order information. We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your information is only accessible to SweatBody.ng staff who need it to fulfil your order or respond to your enquiries. You can request to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by reaching out through our Contact page.

This site uses basic cookies/local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with every SweatBody.ng piece. If there's a problem with the item you received — wrong size, a defect, or it doesn't match what was ordered — we're happy to offer an exchange.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, and only where there was an issue with the original item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out the next steps with you.

Please note: we currently offer exchanges only, not refunds, and only in cases where there was a genuine problem with the original item (not a change of mind).
